ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

OF

GENERAL ASSOCIATION OF DAVIDIAN

SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS, INC.

We, the undersigned natural persons of the age of twenty – one years or more, at least two of whom are citizens of the state of Texas, acting as incorporates of a corporation under the Texas Non-profit Corporation Act, do hereby adopt the following Articles of Incorporation for such corporation:

ARTICLE 1

The name of the corporation is GENERAL ASSOCIATION OF DAVIDIAN SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS, INC.

ARTICLE II

The period of its duration is perpetual.

ARTICLE III

The corporation is a non-profit corporation.

ARTICLE IV

The purpose for which the corporation is organized is:

The object of this Association is to bring about among God’s people that reformation called for in the “Testimonies for the Church”, Volume 9, page 126, as the prerequisite movement to sounding the “Eleventh – Hour Call” (Matt. 20:6,7) of “the everlasting gospel… to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.” Rev. 14:6. Through this call, the Loud Cry of the three angels’ messages, it is to gather “the people of the saints of the Most High” (Dan. 7:27) into the kingdom “which shall never be destroyed… but … shall break in pieces and consume all… kingdoms.” Dan. 2:44. Thus it shall usher in the rein of Christ as Lord of Lords and king of kings over all the earth forever and ever.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this certificate, the corporation shall not conduct or carry on any activities not permitted to be conducted or carried on by an organization exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue Code and its regulations as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended, or by an organization contributions to which are deductible under Section 170 (c) (2) of such Code and regulations as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

Upon the dissolution of the corporation or the winding up of its affairs, the assets of the corporation shall be distributed exclusively to charitable religious organizations which would then qualify under the provision of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and its Regulations as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

ARTICLE V

The street address of the initial registered office of the corporation is 206 North 6th Street, Waco, Texas, and the name of its initial registered agent at such address is Clint Allen.

ARTICLE VI

The number of Trustees of the corporation shall be not less than three nor more than fifteen. The Board of trustees shall constitute the directors of the corporation. The names and addresses of the trustees until the first annual meeting of the corporation are:
